We have allowed the production to take its time and the sound has been allowed a large portion of playful experimentation. We are also very excited to the cooperation with some of Scandinavia’s blues giants, who have stepped in with great commitment lifting the songs further.

We are moving quickly towards the final phases of the new album, number 5 in the discography of Karin Rudefelt & Doctor Blues. During the last weeks a lot has happened recording wise and this past weekend the vocal tracks were added on. After a few more additions and some mastering from our excellent producer Patrik Ahlm the files are passed on into the competent hands of our featured guest artists for the album – Clas Yngström, Pierre Swärd, Brian Kramer, Erja Lyytinen och Peter Nande. Needless to say our expectations are high and we can hardly wait to hear the final results.
We are right back at the great studio of Linné University with our favorite producer and wing man Patrik Alm faithfully by our side.
